SyntheSol is non-flammable and contains no diesel fuels, benzene, toluene, xylene or oxygenated compounds, significantly reducing the users exposure to harmful fumes, increasing user safety.

PARTS WASHERS

Ensure unit is free of acids or oxidizing materials. Regularly skimming floating oil deposits from surface of holding tank and draining sludges or the use of clay filters will extend the product life and reduce disposal volumes.

SOAK TANKS

Ensure tub and basket are free of acids and oxidizing materials. Allow usual soak times. Parts can be rinsed, wiped or air-knifed to remove excess moisture.

SPRAY CLEANING

Remove heavily weathered or caked deposits with high pressure before applying product. Apply liberally and allow to soak 3 to 5 minutes. Light scrubbing may be required for stubborn areas. Rinse with highest pressure and temperature available.
